A headless guy was spotted sitting in a chair in an apartment in Osceola. The witness got scared and escaped. Some of the people who live here say this phantom is the undead soul of an old Osceola person who lived here. In any event, it's undeniably a creepy ghost that you don't want to bump into late at night.
The ghost of a nurse with a blood-covered uniform was perceived looking at Rock of Ages Bluff before sunrise. The phantom didn't appear to be scared by the witnesses.
