As a small child, I remember looking up and seeing some type of a head and shoulders figure in the right top corner of my room at the end of my bed. I always thought it could have been my baby sister who died at a very young age watching me. Also one night I heard someone knock at our front door. I went to the door, and it was a black man dressed in black. Back then we slept with our doors open only screen door closed. As I got right to the door, the man was gone. I went to my room to go back to bed looked, and the man was at my window, but my window was very high up from the ground.

I was playing at my friend's house which was across the street. I lived on Locke Street. Her house is on Carlton Road; it's the white plantation I remember. Weird feelings I'd get there all the time.

One time something scared me so bad that I took off, and it was dark. I ran home across the street. Well, I had cut the bottom of my heal off in a broken bottle, but lucky to say our other neighbor the preacher help save my foot.
Years later, much later, I started seeing, hearing, and communicating with spirits. It was so strange; I was even ashamed to mention anything to anyone. A home on Bohannon Road I'd hear strange things such as footsteps and things in my kitchen moving around. Then one day my granddaughter who was three mentioned that she was sad.
