Ghost Sightings From Coupeville

A very old gentleman from the country side went to the big city for the very first time in his life. He went into a department store and saw an elevator, he had never seen an elevator before and looked at it wondering what it was. After a while an old lady came along and got in the elevator, the door closed. The man kept looking. A short while later the elevator door opened up and a young lady stepped out. - I gotta try that, said the old man. In the woods, Arthur's wife Gertrude went into labor in the middle of the night, and Doctor Rueprecht was called out to the delivery. To keep the nervous father-to-be busy, the doctor handed him a lantern and said, ''Here, you hold this high so I can see what I'm doing'' Soon, a baby boy was brought into the world. ''Check it out Arthur!'' said Dr. Rueprecht ''Don't be in a rush to put the lantern down. I think there's another one to come.'' Sure enough, within minutes he had delivered another little baby. ''No, no, don't be in a great hurry to be putting down that lantern, young man. It seems there's yet another one besides'' said the doctor. Arthur was in bewilderment, and asked Dr. Rueprecht: ''Do you think it's the light that's attracting them?''. Arthur was taing a cruise. The cruise ship was passing a tiny island and Arthur noticed a man with a beard and torn clothes waving hysterically to the ship. - Captain! There's a man on that island! Oh, yeah that guy, said the captain, he's always so happy to see us, he waves like that every time we pass by.
