If you talk to the folks who live here, this ghost is the undead spirit of a former Forest Lakes local resident. In any case, it's a terrifying ghost that you shouldn't go trying to locate.
The ghost of a guy having on an army uniform was perceived at Blue Ridge Dam in the early morning hours hollowing out an opening. When perceived the ghost came up to the bystander who then fled.
