Ghost Sightings From South Houston

Arthur, why do you always walk around with your hands in your pockets? - Well Delbert, uhm, it's kinda embarrassing but ok, I'll tell you. My fingers are different length and I have a complex about that. Arthur was talking to a guy in a bar on the top floor of a skyscraper. - You know, said the guy, I've been looking at the way the wind blows around this building and I think that if you jump out that window right there the air currents will take you down safely and put you softly on your feet on the sidewalk right in front of the building. - That's impossible, said Arthur, can't be done. No I'm pretty sure, let me prove it to you, said the guy and jumped out the window. A few minutes later he showed up in the elevator without a scratch. - Wow, that's the most incredible thing I've ever seen, I have to try that too, said Arthur and jumped out the window. The bartender looks up and says: - That was not very nice Superman. Teacher: Today, we're going to talk about the tenses. Now, if I say ''I am beautiful,'' which tense is it?
Arthur Jr.: -Obviously it is the past tense. Arthur comes home to find his wife Gertrude in bed with another man. ''What are you doing'' he yells. The wife whispers to her lover: ''I told you he was stupid!''. Arthur, do you know what the difference between a horse's rear and a mailbox is? - No Delbert I don't. - Well, I'm sure as hell not sending you to mail any letters. A very old gentleman from the country side went to the big city for the very first time in his life. He went into a department store and saw an elevator, he had never seen an elevator before and looked at it wondering what it was. After a while an old lady came along and got in the elevator, the door closed. The man kept looking. A short while later the elevator door opened up and a young lady stepped out. - I gotta try that, said the old man.
