This story gives me the creeps! I saw the ghost of a girl up on the city water-tower around Midnight last week. She jumped over the small railing and her spirit-body vanished before it hit the ground! It gave me nightmares for days. It was enough to make me give up drinking....... For a few days!.

I say this is about the piranha (flesh-eating fish) that are still in the Westville sewer system! The town officials won't admit to it but I remember when they had to open one man-hole to service the sewer and found six piranha fish down in the water.
