Regardless of what people articulate, this is a nasty ghost that you would not want to come across in the early morning hours before sunrise.
A lady with a sword sticking out of her head may be noticed frequently in the rear seat of a vehicle by the driver catching a sight of the spirit in his rear view mirror at midnight. Some of the folks who live here say this spirit is that of a local who had a house here in Hepler in the past.
