The phantom of a bum is from time to time perceived at Four H Memorial Lake Dam in the early morning hours sobbing. If you talk to the folks who live here, this spirit is almost certainly the undead spirit of a resident who used to have a home here in Cisco. One thing is for guaranteed, this is an unlikable ghost that you don't want to run into in the early morning hours before sunrise.
