A very large iguana is from time to time perceived in Edgewood Park in the early morning hours before sunrise attempting to capture something.

The ghost of a female having half her head lost has been said to have been distinguished on one or two instances before sunrise chasing a passing Buick on a murky highway outside Woodward. Loads of locals allege this ghost is the undeparted soul of a former Woodward resident. In any event, this ghost certainly is bloodcurdling; one that should be shunned.
