The spirit of an old prospector with a sizeable beard and a wooden right leg has allegedly been observed on one or two occasions talking into the night as if somebody else was near. People say that this ghost is most likely the undeparted ghost of a local person who used to reside here in Charlotte.
The ghost of an old lady grasping a shot gun can regularly be witnessed peeping through home windows in Charlotte in the early morning hours. A woman who lives here claims that this spirit is the stressed soul of a long forgotten Charlotte resident.
