Norwalk   A ghost resembling the statue of Liberty can be seen during the daylight hours of late Winter months in front of Liberty tax services. This is believed to be the ghost of a resident who had no shoes. This has prompted local residents     to place buckets of potted meat at the bottom of the steps of the courthouse to appease the ghastly spirits so they will not summon the terrible flarx from planet iptkopp that has been known to swallow babies whole.
