Ghost Sightings From Williamstown

Arthur called Delbert on the phone: - Please come over to my house and help me, I bought this cereal box that came with a free jig saw puzzle and I've been trying to put it together for a week now. -Ok, said Delbert, I'll be right over. When he got to Arthur's house Arthur took him to his kitchen table. - Here it is, can you help me get this thing figured out? Delbert looked at the table and asked: - Why is your table covered in cornflakes?. Arthur came home from work. He was too tired so he went straight to bed. He saw that his wife was sound asleep, so he tried to be very quiet. He tucked himself in next to her. He looked at the end of the bed; he saw some feet sticking out from under the blanket, so he started counting them. 1..2..3..4..5..6. ''Oh. no something's wrong. There are two of us, so there should be four feet'', he told himself quietly, not wanting to wake his wife up. He stood up and walked to the end of the bed and started counting again. 1...2...3...4. Okay! There you go! He then went back to bed. Arthur had a new job on a cruise ship as an onboard magician, he had a nightly magic show to entertain the guests. At every show there was this clever but annoying kid in the audience who kept exposing the tricks. He would say things like ''the card's in his sleeve'', or ''the handkerchief is under the table cloth''. This made Arthur very angry but he put up with it since he wanted to keep his job on the ship. One evening during the magic show the boat hit an uncharted underwater cliff and sank. Everyone on board drowned except Arthur and the annoying kid who both managed to climb up on an upside-down table from the ship that was floating around in the water. They sat on the table for day and night, the kid didn't say a word, he just sat there quietly. Arthur didn't mind the silence at all. After 5 days the kid finally spoke. - Alright alright, I give up, where did you hide the boat?.
