The ghost of a man clutching a bloody spear became visible on the apex of Brown Hill around midnight observing the vista. This ghost is very active in this neighborhood; there have been many other reports of this precise ghost. Loads of local residents allege this phantom is that of a resident who dwelled here in White Bluff some decades ago. In any event, it's a menacing spirit that any sensible person would not want to run into.

A space man from planet Jupiter was made out marching from mobile home to mobile home late in the night on a White Bluff street.
