Knoxville   I saw an apparition behind the waffle house. I had stepped back there to let my leashed dog go to the bathroom. She growled and I saw a dark figure turn around. Five feet from me. It had a Section of guardrail for a head. Black burlap cloth for a body cast Iron legs and two Ruby red eyes that pierced at me inthe dark. My dog howled and the figure vanished into a drainage ditch. I went back to my car and my knees got     weak. I was scared. Still am.
