The ghost of a mailman has supposedly been distinguished on a small number of instances sipping water from Ernest Carr Spring late at night. A woman who lives here claims that this ghost may be the spirit of a local resident who died here in Glady some decades ago. Regardless of what folks state, this is an unsympathetic spirit that you wouldn't wish to run into before sunrise.

An enormous puma can often be witnessed standing by a desolate highway close to Glady.

A space alien from planet Neptune may be seen frequently being carried by a low rider on a shady highway outside Glady.
