I live on the very southern edge of town. One Day this past summer I noticed a fire ant Hill in my backyard. They were very unusual ants because they all walked backwards.

brown rolling flood waters. The fishing was so great I almost didn't see two girls in a canoe suddenly appear and go over the dam...
Screaming.

I ran around the fenced in building down the steps looking.... I thought I seen them helping each other on the Island below the dam. They couldn't hear my calls. I collected my gear but before I left I seen a fire going on the island.
I didn't worry so much but the next morning I returned with my raft. I couldn't find a trace of anything on the island.. Not even a campfire. The county police just laughed at my report...
