A female with a semi transparent body has been observed on one or two instances at Black Moshannon Dam after midnight looking at the view. A gigantic guanaco can regularly be perceived in a sail boat on Black Moshannon Lake gulping motor oil.      The ghost of a gentleman wearing a police outfit can be seen over and over again in Arctic Springs Park at the stroke of midnight hauling a body over rocks. One thing's for sure, it's a creepy spirit that is preferably not interrupted. The ghost of an elderly man with a huge white mustache has every so often been witnessed reading a newspaper at Arctic Springs late in the night. The ghost of a gentleman wearing an army uniform is every so often seen flying over the Wolf Rocks at night.
