Locals here say that this spirit is in all probability the undead spirit of a local resident who used to live here in Townsend.

Arthur had accidentally locked his keys in the car. Luckily a police car just passed by and they could help Arthur get his family out of the car.

A car had crashed into a tree and Arthur and Delbert were found drunk at the scene, they were arrested at the crash site by the police. Later in court the judge asked:
